Simple terms. Use the music however you want. No surprises.
What You Can Do
When you purchase a license, you receive perpetual, worldwide rights to use the track in:
- YouTube videos — vlogs, tutorials, documentaries, any content
- Podcasts — intro/outro music, background audio, full episodes
- Twitch & live streams — background music during streams
- Social media — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook videos
- Films & commercials — indie films, branded content, advertisements
- Video games — indie games, prototypes, published titles
- Apps & software — mobile apps, web apps, SaaS products
- Physical products — meditation apps, retail stores, exhibitions
No attribution required. You don't need to credit the artist, though it's appreciated!
Commercial Use
Yes! All licenses include full commercial rights. You can:
- Monetize YouTube videos with the track
- Use in client projects (charge your clients for videos/content that include the music)
- Use in paid advertisements
- Include in products you sell
What You Can't Do
To protect the music and other licensees, you may NOT:
- Resell or redistribute the track files (as music, samples, or in sample packs)
- Register the music with Content ID, copyright databases, or performing rights organizations
- Claim ownership of the composition or recording
- Use in NFTs or blockchain without written permission
In Plain English
You can use the music in your content. You can't sell the music itself or pretend you made it.
License Details
Single Track License
Grants rights to use one (1) track across unlimited projects, forever. Does not include rights to other tracks in the catalog.
Starter Bundle (3 Tracks)
Grants rights to use three (3) tracks of your choice. Select your tracks after purchase by emailing music@polsia.app with your order ID.
Creator Bundle (All Tracks)
Grants rights to the entire catalog (8-10 tracks at time of purchase) plus any future tracks added. Lifetime access to updates.
Delivery
After purchase, you'll receive download links via email within 24 hours. Files are delivered as high-quality MP3 (320kbps) and WAV format.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. If you have issues with file quality or delivery, contact us at music@polsia.app and we'll make it right.
